We turned our pool into a sandbox this winter, so William would have a place to "dig." He is obsessed with dozers, backhoe loaders and excavators. Yes even I have learned the difference. He can tell you where they are all over Auburn, when we are driving in the car. And he will tell you if you call it the wrong name!

Happy Valentine's Day!
Last Thursday, Ava and I joined William for his class party. Ava LOVES going to his class. I think that she feels like a "big" girl. She was the hit for sure! All of the cute little girl's couldn't keep their hands off of her. William kept coming over to them and saying "my Addie-goosie-girl." A little protective of her for sure! We had lots of fun, but then spent the rest of the weekend passing around a terrible stomach bug! All we wanted for Valentine's Day was to get well!

Snow Day
What a pleasant surprise to find snow falling this morning (especially since William and I were up with the stomach virus all night)! It was absolutely beautiful covering the trees. After naps today, we ventured outside for a little while to enjoy the snow. Bella enjoyed it more that anyone I think, and catching snowballs in her mouth was her favorite part. Will and William made a snowman that was perfect for the Barron house (part Pirate, part American flag, with a little Auburn spirit). Reminds me of a little two year old that lives here! So much fun that we were able to share this day together!

Dothan...
is where the 3 kids and I headed last weekend, since Will was snow skiing with his friends. We had such a fun time! We met up with Lillianna and Zackery (cousins) at Kids Castle and rode LOTS of rides. William's favorite was the bulldozer (of course)and Ava loved the pirate ship. Little Ava has "NO FEAR" of anything! She rode the bucking rocking horse and just laughed and laughed, while William refused to get on it. Good thing she has an older brother to keep up with her!!! William was treated to a new bulldozer at the tractor store. He especially loved driving Daddy Ben's truck around the yard! Ava loved the Valentine's cookies that Kat made and enjoyed her first sucker. And the most rotten child of all, Bella enjoyed sleeping on the couch! Fun, fun memories were made!
